Distribute MaC on your environment

The high-level steps to set up Monitoring-as-Code to monitor your service are:

1. Define MaC in config file.
2. Store MaC config in app repo.
3. Run MaC in through Pipeline.
4. Delivers SLIs, Graphs and Alerts.
5. Ingest into ITSM Tooling for Incident Escalation.
